We're hiring an Assistant Manager

We are seeking a long-term team member for the following position: Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers have experience and specialized skills they can apply to one or more of the following business-critical areas: marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, operations or buying. They manage daily operations, delegate tasks, and motivate colleagues to uphold store standards and procedures. They will develop an understanding of the bigger business picture and understand how the daily actions of staff contribute to the business' goals. They deliver high-quality customer service and will develop a deep knowledge of products, policies, and the brand.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to move about the retail floor, climb a ladder and lift up to 40 lbs. They must be able to read and write via analog and digital means, and also communicate clearly in person.

Details:
Must be able to work most weekends
24-34 hours/week on-site, usually with a consistent schedule
Assistant Manager range: $18-20/hour
Benefits include sick pay and a 40% discount
