Returns & Exchanges
Most in-stock items and in-stock furniture are eligible for a refund. See exceptions below.
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds: 14 days. Please contact us (info@woonwinkelhome.com or 503-334-2088) within 14 days of receiving your items. Receipts are required for a refund. Return authorizations expire in 7 days, so please return your items promptly.
Exchange or store credit: 21 days. Please contact us (info@woonwinkelhome.com or 503-334-2088) within 21 days of receiving your items. Exchange authorizations expire in 7 days, so please return your items promptly.
Gifts without a receipt are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When you use our shipping labels for a return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. We regret that we cannot be responsible if your return package is lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@woonwinkelhome.com.
We extend our return policy for the Holiday season: for all orders placed on or after Nov 1 you have until December 31 the same year to initiate your return. Happy Holidays!
Exceptions/Final Sale Items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or drop-shipped items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately (info@woonwinkelhome.com or 503-334-2088)--ideally, within hours of placing your order. We regret that we can't modify or cancel a special order or drop-shipped order once it's been placed with the manufacturer. Upon purchase, we'll provide an estimated manufacturing and delivery time for this type of order; however, these estimates aren't guaranteed, and we cannot issue refunds for delays beyond our control.
Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If your product contains a flaw, please contact us (info@woonwinkelhome.com or 503-334-2088) within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received. We'll happily arrange an exchange or refund and ship replacement items to you, free of charge, if the item is in stock. We regret that we cannot replace discontinued items. Defective merchandise must be returned in its original package within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label from us. We regret that claims received 14 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted.
Shipping Damage & Delays
Woonwinkel cannot be responsible for carrier mishandling that results in damage or delays; however, we can often assist in filing a claim. Please send us your tracking information, along with photos of your damaged items and the packaging. Please do not throw away the packing materials. Contact us (info@woonwinkelhome.com or 503-334-2088), and we'll do our best to assist you.

Woonwinkel cannot be responsible for international deliveries that are delayed, damaged, or destroyed by customs officials.
Refunds for Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, an ordered item will be out of stock or on backorder. In these rare cases, customers will be notified within 1-3 days of placing their order. We'll try our best to offer a suitable substitution, or we can issue you a refund.
International Orders
Woonwinkel cannot be responsible for duties or taxes incurred at customs. Woonwinkel cannot be responsible for deliveries that are delayed, damaged, or destroyed by customs officials.
