Sales Associate Keyholder - E-commerce Lead

The Woonwinkel Sales Associate Keyholder - E-commerce Lead will deliver high-quality customer service and will develop a deep knowledge of products, policies, and the brand. As a keyholder, they open and close the shop and step into other daily manager roles when the need arises. They will be a strong contributor to the maintenance and curation of our website including uploading new products, performing basic image editing, creating seasonal collections, using AI to write copy in the brand tone, and occasionally executing product photography. Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, good copy-editing skills, and an eye for keeping our brand aesthetic consistent.  They assist managers in projects that will deepen their knowledge of business operations. Associates should be kind, friendly, customer-oriented employees who are viewed by their colleagues as a knowledgeable resource. 

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to move about the retail floor, climb a ladder and lift up to 40 lbs. They must be able to read and write via analog and digital means, and also communicate clearly in person.

Details:

Must be able to work most weekends

18-20 hours/week on-site, usually with a consistent schedule

Pay: $18.50/hour
