Join us for a colorful pop up with gorgeously handcrafted shoulder bags, pouches, ceramic wall hangings, vases and more by local designers Jaana Beidler and Nuria Hansen.

Nuria Hansen is a footwear designer.

"I make bags drawing from my experience as athletic footwear designer, minimalist and traveler. They are super lightweight and packable, and come in different colors, materials and styles. Many of them have zippers so you can move freely, whether it’s a crossbody bag or a travel tote. I call them schleptotes for all the stuff we schlep around. I’m always inspired by combining function with color and fashion." 

Jaana Beidler is a color design director at Nike. 

"In 'Claying with Color', I explore the emotional power of color through clay. Color has always been my calling, my language, and my greatest joy. You could say I’ve dedicated my life to studying, designing, and teaching it. As a color designer, I’ve influenced industries worldwide—from fashion and sports to technology—and shared my expertise as a professor of color and material design at Aalto University in my native Finland.

I only started playing with clay a year ago—so I’m at the very beginning of this exciting new color chapter. Through this journey, I’ve discovered that I am a Scandinavian color maximalist. With "Claying with Color", I want to share my lifelong passion and invite others to embrace the joy, energy, and transformative nature of color."
