Color is transformative. There's a reason everyone starts gravitating toward rich colors in fall--it cocoons you in anticipation of whatever winter may bring. This season we're obsessed with blues and golds, a classic fall combination modernized. Here are 4 ways this palette can help you feel more cozy this fall, from BIG to little:
1. Paint an accent wall in a deep, rich color. We're color geeks, and we happen to know a lot of color geeks. So we do know people who just wouldn't start a new season without trying a new color on their accent wall. If a whole wall sounds daunting, try a partial wall.

2. Get out those throws! It's something you don't have out all year round, so why not buy it in the coziest color you can think of? We love pulling out oranges, rusts, golds and blues that we don't have in our decor the rest of the year.

3. Cushions. Refreshing your cushions and pillow covers can go a long way toward bringing a little extra richness into your home.

4. Little bits and bobs. Even little items in rich fall color can help signal the season. Our dipped wooden spoons will get your wheels turning on the big upcoming fall kitchen event: Thanksgiving! These make a great hostess gift in this food-centered season.
