Free In Store Pick Up

Shop online and pick up in store. Either contact us, or make your purchase online and include a note in the order saying you'd like to pick it up. We'll refund your shipping fee and hold your purchase for 30 days. See HOLDS below. 

Free Gift Packaging

We're happy to send your purchase as a gift, packaged in free kraft paper supplies. Include a note on the checkout page of your order or contact us.

You may also select a fancy paper for purchase. Place a gift wrap product in your cart, add a note to your order, and if we need more than one sheet we'll digitally invoice you for the rest. Pay your invoice within 24 hours and we'll ship all your purchases beautifully wrapped. If the invoice for wrapping isn't paid within 24 hours we'll omit the fancy wrap and send your purchase on it's way. Contact us at 503-334-2088 or if you have questions.

Free SmartPark

In 2020 we'll validate your SmartPark ticket on Saturday or Sunday with any purchase. Bring your ticket to us to show us the date is the same as the date of your purchase and we'll give you a coupon good for all day. Other participating stores on the block include Wildfang, Tender Loving Empire, and Bohemian Dreamcloud. Contact us with questions.


Most items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Standard delivery is via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days within the U.S.. Drop shipped items may take longer than 3-7 days. When possible you'll receive tracking information when your order ships. 

Please contact us directly if you require a faster shipping option or international delivery. 

Our shipping rates are based on weight and dimension and are calculated automatically when you check out. For most shipments you will be offered a few different shipping methods from which to choose. We also offer flat rates for certain drop ship items.

Woonwinkel offers free UPS Ground shipping at checkout when purchasing $250 worth of goods or higher. Oversize items do not qualify for free shipping even though it may appear to offer free shipping as an option at check out. If you've selected free shipping on an item that doesn't qualify, we'll follow up via e-mail to give you a shipping quote. If you'd like to proceed we'll invoice you to collect the outstanding shipping costs. If you'd rather not proceed we'll happily issue you a refund.

Want a shipping quote before you buy oversize items? No problem. Fill out the "Shipping Quote" form found on the pages of all oversize items. 

Woonwinkel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they're in the hands of the carrier. We will, however, attempt to provide you with tracking information so you can file a claim with the carrier if necessary. 

Woonwinkel is not responsible for shipping charges if a package is refused or if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address. For international orders, Woonwinkel is not responsible for fees incurred at customs, or additional information your country's laws or regulations may require. Woonwinkel is not responsible for any damage that occurs to an item during the shipping process. Please contact us if your items arrive damaged, and we can help you file a claim with the postal service to be reimbursed. 


For a full refund please contact us within 7 days of the date the merchandise was received. For store credit please contact us within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the product is received. Refunds are for full priced merchandise only.

All sale items are final sale.

All special order items, with the exception of Bend Goods' animal heads, are final sale.

All plants, apothecary items, and food are final sale.

Damaged Merchandise

Please contact us within 7 days of the date the merchandise was received.  We'll happily arrange an exchange or refund and will ship replacement items to you free of charge if the item is in stock. We regret that we cannot replace items that are discontinued from our inventory. Defective merchandise must be returned in it's original package within 14 days of receiving a return shipping label from us. Woonwinkel is not responsible for any damage that occurs to an item during the shipping process. Please contact us if your items arrive damaged, and we can help you file a claim with the postal service to be reimbursed.

Special Orders

All special order items are final sale, with the exception of Bend Goods animal heads, which are subject to our regular return policy above (7 days for cash refund and 14 days for store credit). For all special order items, payment must be collected before the order can be placed with the vendor.

Bend Goods' animal heads are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the product is returned in new condition. This does not apply to Bend furniture, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective or damaged items are not subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellations on all special order products must be made within 24 hours of order.

Special order items include but are not limited to Bend Goods, Muuto, Merkled Studio, Caravan Pacific, SCP, Esque, Ladies & Gentlemen and Studiomoe.

Many special order items have an additional shipping charge. If you're interested in purchasing one of these items please fill out the form on the product page so we can get a shipping quote for you. Based on your information, we'll also estimate the delivery time as best we can. As most of these items are made-to-order, the delivery time is an estimate and we cannot guarantee it.

We'll happily hold un-purchased merchandise for 48 hours. After that time it'll be returned to our inventory. 

We'll also happily hold purchases for 30 days. After 30 days we'll return it to our inventory. There will be no refunds issued for unclaimed holds. 

Payment Method

We accept credit card payments securely through Shopify. If you'd prefer to give us your credit card number over the phone please feel free to contact us during store hours to make your purchase.

Backordered Items

Occasionally an item ordered will be out of stock and need to be reordered. In these rare cases customers will be notified within 24 hours of placing their order.

No Sales Tax

Because Woonwinkel is a small business and operates in Oregon and no place else we're not required to collect sales tax. So enjoy your tax free shopping! We encourage you to check your state's tax regulations for reporting purchases on your individual tax return.
