Shipping & Delivery for In-Stock Items
Standard delivery is via USPS or UPS. Most in-stock items are packed and shipped by our little team within 1-3 days of purchase. When possible, we'll send tracking information when your order ships. Please contact us directly (email@example.com or 503-334-2088) if you require a faster shipping option.
Woonwinkel offers free UPS Domestic Ground shipping in the United States over $250. Some bulky or fragile items are excluded from free shipping.
Our shipping rates for most small-to-medium items are based on weight and dimension, and are calculated automatically when you check out.
There is a flat rate of $4 for many small items. Available only in the United States.
Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together.
Emissions free local delivery is an option for several zip codes. If you're purchasing from one of those zip codes you'll be able to choose a local delivery option at checkout and we'll get your purchase to you within 2-7 days.
Shipping Drop-Ship Items
Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer, as stated in the product's description. The product description will state the manufacturer's normal lead time for that item, but it cannot be guaranteed. Current disruptions in supply chains and transportation may affect typical lead times. We will do our best to inform our customers of such delays. Shipping Large/Fragile Items
White-Glove Delivery $100: Our standard shipping method for items that are too heavy, large, or fragile for UPS, is white-glove freight delivery. This will be noted in the product description. This is the default freight shipping method at checkout for those items. White glove service includes inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packing materials. Some of our large or fragile items, as stated in the product description, will require us to get a unique shipping quote for you. After you purchase these items, you'll receive a shipping quote and an estimated delivery time via email. As most of these items are made-to-order, the delivery time is an estimate and we cannot guarantee it. After reviewing the shipping quote, if you'd like to proceed, we'll invoice you to collect the outstanding shipping costs. If you'd rather not proceed, we'll happily issue you a refund. Want a shipping quote before you buy those items? No problem. Fill out the "Shipping Quote" form found on the pages of all those items, or contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-334-2088).
Take care to provide a secure and correct delivery address so you get your goodies safely to their new home. Woonwinkel cannot be responsible for any costs if a package is stolen, lost, refused, or if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We're now shipping to several different countries--yay! Woonwinkel cannot be responsible for duties or taxes incurred at customs. Woonwinkel cannot be responsible for deliveries that are delayed, damaged, or destroyed by customs officials.
Free In-Store Pickup
We love our locals, and are happy to provide them with free in store pickup so we have a chance to say hello. Choose the Pick Up delivery method when you check out. Pickup hours are 11-6 every day or by appointment. Bring your receipt or order number and we'll have you in and out in a flash.
We work with a small local business, Hurry Delivery, to offer local delivery for a $6 flat rate. If we deliver to your zip code, the Local delivery method will show as an option when you check out. Local deliveries are made daily and packages arrive within 1-2 days of purchase.
Can't get here right away? We'll happily hold in-stock purchases for 30 days. After 30 days we'll return it to our inventory. We regret we cannot always issue refunds for unclaimed holds but we'll do it when it's possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you'll be happy with your purchases but we know sometimes you need to send something back. Most in-stock items and in-stock furniture are eligible for a refund*.
For a refund, please contact us (email@example.com or 503-334-2088) within 14 days of receiving your items. Receipts are required for a refund. Return authorizations expire 7 days after they are issued so take care to return your items promptly.

For store credit or exchange, please contact us (email@example.com or 503-334-2088) within 21 days of receiving your items. Exchange authorizations expire 7 days after they are issued so take care to ship your items promptly.
Gifts without a receipt are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When you use our shipping labels for a return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount. We regret we cannot be responsible if your return package is lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to get your purchase safely to us.

Once returns/exchanges are received by us, we'll inspect them carefully. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Refunds or credit will be issued within 2-4 business days.
We are extending our return policy for the Holiday season: for all orders placed on or after Nov 1 you have until December 31 the same year to initiate your return (or within 7 days of delivery, whichever is greater). Happy Holidays!
We work with high-quality brands but occasionally flaws do occur in products. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them so you can detect damage right away and we can help you as quickly as possible. We'll happily arrange an exchange or refund and will ship replacement items to you free of charge if the item is in stock. We regret that we cannot replace items that are discontinued from our inventory. Defective merchandise must be returned in its original package within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label from us. We regret that any claims made 14 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted.
We want to get your items to you in one piece, but occasionally mishaps do occur. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them so you can detect damage right away and we can help you as quickly as possible. We source made-to-order products from small companies and indie makers from all over the world. Some of our products are considered special order, as stated in the product description. These orders, once in progress with the manufacturer, cannot be modified or cancelled, and are considered final sale. We'll provide an estimated manufacture and delivery time, but please note that these estimates cannot be guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for delays that are beyond our control.

"Oops." If you wish to modify or cancel a special order, contact us immediately (email@example.com or 503-334-2088)--ideally, within hours of placing your order; we'll try to help. We regret that we can't modify or cancel an order once it's been placed with the manufacturer.
"Whew." Some of our furniture/lighting manufacturers guarantee their products with a warranty. Contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-334-2088) if you'd like more information; we're happy to help you out.
"Drat." Occasionally an item ordered will be out of stock or on back-order. In these rare cases customers will be notified within 1-3 days of placing their order. We'll try our best to offer substitutions to you.
No Sales Tax
For real! Because Woonwinkel is a small business and operates in Oregon and no place else we're not required to collect sales tax. So enjoy your tax free shopping! We encourage you to check your state's tax regulations for reporting purchases on your individual tax return.
