Most items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Woonwinkel ships via USPS. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days within the U.S. When possible, you'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Our shipping rates are based on weight and are calculated by USPS when you check out. Sometimes you'll get a choice of mailing rates with different estimated delivery times, depending on your item's weight and your delivery location.  Please contact us directly if you require a faster shipping option or international delivery. 

Woonwinkel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they're in the hands of the carrier. We will, however, attempt to provide you with tracking information if it's available so you can file a claim with the carrier if necessary. 

Woonwinkel is not responsible for shipping charges if a package is refused or if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address. 

If you'd like to pick up your items in store please contact us or leave a note in your order on the check out page. When we process your order we'll happily refund the shipping fee and hold your package for 30 days. See Holds below. 


Please contact us for a full refund within 7 days of the date the merchandise was received. Please contact us for store credit within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the product is received. Refunds are for full priced merchandise only.

All sale items are final sale.

All special order items are final sale.

All apothecary items and food are final sale.

Damaged Merchandise

Kindly report damaged or defective items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us and we'll happily arrange an exchange or refund and will ship replacement items to you free of charge if the item is in stock. We regret that we cannot replace items that are discontinued from our inventory. Defective merchandise must be returned in it's original package within 14 days of receiving a return shipping label from us. 

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.


We'll happily hold un-purchased merchandise for 48 hours. After that time it'll be returned to the floor. 

We'll also happily hold purchases for 30 days. After 30 days we'll return it to our inventory. There will be no refunds issued for unclaimed holds. We'll attempt to make contact with the customer before the 30 day period is over but it's the customer's responsibility to retrieve the purchase in a timely manner. 

Payment Method

We accept credit card payments securely through Shopify. If you'd prefer to give us your credit card number over the phone please feel free to contact us during store hours to make your purchase.

Backordered Items

Occasionally an item ordered will be out of stock and need to be reordered. In these rare cases customers will be notified within 24 hours of placing their order.


We're happy to send your purchase as a gift. Feel free to include a gift message on the checkout page of your order or contact us

Special Orders

All special order items are final sale, with the exception of Bend Goods.

Bend Goods is subject to a 25% restocking fee if the product is returned. 

Cancellations on all special order products must be made within 24 hours of order.

Special order items include but are not limited to Bend Goods, Muuto, Caravan Pacific, SCP, Esque, Ladies & Gentlemen and Studiomoe.

Many of special order items have an additional shipping charge based on the quantity ordered and the delivery location. If you're interested in purchasing one of these items please fill out the form on the product page so we can get a shipping quote for you. Based on your information we'll also estimate the delivery time as best we can. As most of these items are made-to-order, the delivery time is an estimate and we cannot guarantee it.

When possible, woonwinkel is happy to accommodate special out-of-stock orders from some brands we carry like Bend, Muuto, Studiomoe and SCP. If you have a request please contact us.  Unfortunately we're not able to special order Hay furniture at this time.

No Sales Tax

Because woonwinkel operates in Oregon and no place else, we're not required to collect sales tax. So enjoy your tax free shopping!
