Payment Method

We accept credit card payments securely through Paypal. If you would prefer to give us your credit card number over the phone please feel free to contact us during store hours to make your purchase.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Woonwinkel ships via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Standard delivery time is (3-7) business days within the U.S.. Please contact us directly if you require a faster shipping option or for international deliveries.

Returns

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a refund and within 30 days of purchase date to receive store credit. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of damaged goods. Refunds are for full priced merchandise only. All sale items and special orders are final sale.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to arrange a refund.

Changes and Cancelations

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Backordered Items

Occasionally an item ordered will be out of stock and need to be reordered. In these rare cases customers will be notified within 24 hours of placing their order.

Gift Registries


To create a gift registry on woonwinkelhome.com simply sign up for an account with 'WANT'.  Gifts may be purchased and sent directly to you.  Questions? Contact us.



Gifts

We're happy to send your purchase as a gift. Please include the recipient's name and address, and a message to be included on the card in the comments section at check out.

Special Orders

When possible,woonwinkel is happy to accommodate special orders. If you have a request please contact us. All special orders are final sales.  Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of order.

If you see something on our site or have seen something in our store that you would like to purchase but can't find for sale in the webshop, please contact us to arrange delivery.
