We were so delighted with the quality of the larger scissors in this collection that we decided to add the small ones, too. Proper embroidery scissors, they're perfect for paper too. They're manufactured in a family-owned factory in Italy and are hand-assembled and adjusted by craftspeople with over 25 years of experience. They're made from hot-dropped forged high-carbon steel and are double-plated (chrome over nickel, for extra resistance to wear and rust).
