Puzzle - Some Refused to Work in the FieldsApostrophe Puzzles
Mandi and Dante founded Apostrophe Puzzles with the knowledge that the work created by artists of color is valuable, desirable, and profitable. They believe that art appreciation is not only for the wealthy, and that we can all participate in a culture of accessible patronage.
This beautiful 1000 piece puzzle features artwork from Ronald Jackson, an artist and painter who uses portraits and figurative works as a way of engaging the intimate stories and unique experiences of African Americans from the recent past. With faces often partially concealed behind masks, Jackson suggests that there are stories to be discovered, unique experiences to be uncovered, and the presence of universal humanity demanding to be acknowledged. Its assembled size is 19" x 26".
