Hibiscus and Ginger BrewMathilde's Kitchen
This rich hibiscus brew is perfect any time of year. The juicy floral notes taste like summer while the cinnamon and ginger like winter. Keep it cool with sparkling water or champagne, or warm it up with some rum. It's even good over ice cream. This versatile concoction is full of antioxidants so we like doing ourselves a big favor and drinking it straight. ; ) The recipe originates in Haiti and was perfected in Portland at Mathilde Aurelien Wilson’s food cart. She still brews and bottles it by hand with fresh ingredients like raw ginger and loads of joy.
Non-alcoholic. 12 ounces.
