Inspired by the 19th-century Napoleonic French tradition of using papier-mâché to create fluted, decorative platters, Maison Balzac reimagined this romantic and delicate design using modern, sustainable bamboo PLA.

This innovative material combines the feather-light charm of its historical counterpart with remarkable durability. Its unbreakable nature makes it incredibly versatile—ideal for picnics, dinner parties, or beach outings. Practical yet elegantly understated, it brings a touch of sophistication to any occasion.

Bamboo PLA is a lightweight, durable material with a soft, matte finish, and will decompose in specific conditions, such as being buried in wet soil for 3-5 years, though regular use will not affect its longevity.

All Maison Balzac bamboo pieces are sustainably made from FSC-certified bamboo, ensuring they are eco-friendly, renewable, and sustainable.
