Mathilde Aurelian-Wilson is the owner of Mathilde's Kitchen in partnership with her husband Bruce Wilson. Originally from Haiti, Mathilde learned to cook living in many of the Caribbean islands, including Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and her home country Haiti. She began her business in the food industry but quickly migrated to the packed beverage business after inspiring success with her Hibiscus Brew.
