FOLKUS creates eco-friendly and sustainable stone paper goods inspired by Black/ethnic designs and storylines. Their stone paper goods are water/grease/bacteria/tear-resistant and non-toxic. Unlike traditional paper manufacturing, stone paper does not use trees, water, bleach, or harmful acids.

Founded by Tamecca S., FOLKUS was created as “an evolving, abstract love letter and platform to Black folks and Blackness.” Each pattern holds a captivating and complex history and aesthetic insight.
